This fresh water pearl necklace was been created to match similar necklaces depicted in portraiture of the late 15th and 16th Century. Strung on pure silk with a simple gold plated clasp, this necklace is designed to sit high around the base of the throat emphasising the length and whiteness of the wearers neck and shoulders.

Each necklace will arrive in its own elegant white presentation box.

Notes;

Each pearl is a unique jewel. While the pearls have been matched as closely as possible each natural stone varies in colour, shape and size. The pearls are natural and untreated (unless otherwise noted) and of minimum A grade or above quality.

Special note:

Custom necklaces with different lengths, stones and decorative motifs can be made to your requirements on request.

While silk is a very strong fibre, over time it may lengthen or weaken and the necklace may need to be re-strung. A restringing service is also available on request.
