This badge depicts a phallus creature on which a man or woman (it’s difficult to tell which) pushes a wheelbarrow full of phalli.

We can’t come up with any meaningful explanation for this one, perhaps the medieval badge maker was just in an odd mood when he conjured this strange image from his imagination!
