Powder forte Spice Blend

Description

A stronger more savoury spice blend, matured for 12 months to enable the spices and herbs to meld together. This spice blend is based on medieval receipts and was a staple in every cooks kitchen.

Wonderful as a rub on white and red meats, as an additive to savoury baking, and sauces.

Please contact us for larger volumes – we make a set amount each year and sell in 100g batches in glass jars. Once a batch runs out however, we do not release a young batch until it has had fully 12 months to mature.
