Further details:

Winged and legged phallus creature with crown and bell. The phallus bird is a motif that can be traced back at least as far as the early 5th century BC. The Romans used phallus badges for exactly the same apotropaic reasons as has been given above, and the phallus bird was one of their most commonly used motifs.

The badges are available either with the discrete modern pin or after the period European style, in which the badge is sewn directly to an item. Please indicate which you prefer when ordering.
